A planner books the vendors. An event house designs the thing, builds it, and stands beside it while it runs.
What we are
Design, production and delivery under one roof
Décor, staging, lighting, audio, fabrication, guest logistics and the run of show are all held in-house.
Most of what goes wrong at an event is not a failure of taste. It is a handover — a decision made in one company that never reached another, an hour nobody owned, a load-in window that existed in one schedule and not in the other. Splitting a production across a planner, a decorator, a technical vendor and a travel desk makes that gap structural.
We are built the other way. The same team draws it, builds it and calls it, which means a change to the stage is a conversation rather than a chain of three phone calls and a revised quote. Where a specialist is genuinely better than us at something, we contract them — and we hold their call times ourselves.

Drawings before build
Nothing is fabricated from a conversation. A stage, a set or a rig is drawn, checked against the venue and approved before material is cut.
One run of show
Every vendor works to the same document, and we hold their call times rather than leaving two suppliers to settle an overlap on the morning.
The designers run the event
The people who designed it are on site calling it. Nothing is handed to a coordinator meeting the event for the first time that day.
We say what changed
When something slips, you hear it from us with the options attached. We do not quietly shorten a segment and hope nobody counts.

Where we work
Based in Coimbatore, working across India
We are based in Coimbatore and work across India. A destination event is a change in the work, not an add-on to it.
Away from home the vendor bench is different, load-in windows are tighter, and guest travel becomes part of the production rather than a detail around it. We recce a venue before we design anything for it.
